Can I transfer my data from vcita to Mapresto?
Yes, if you can export it as CSV or Excel. The Concierge recognises clients, services, appointments and team, and you check everything before importing. What can be exported is up to the respective provider.
Is Mapresto available in French and Italian?
Yes. The studio, the booking page and the messages are available in German, French, Italian and English.
Does Mapresto support Swiss VAT?
Yes. If your studio is subject to VAT, Mapresto shows VAT correctly on receipts, provides a VAT report and an export for your accountant. VAT and the till are available from Single Studio Plus.
Where is my data stored with Mapresto?
Studio and client data are stored on servers in Switzerland. Mapresto is developed and operated in Switzerland.
Is Mapresto part of vcita?
No. Mapresto is an independent Swiss studio software and is not affiliated with vcita. vcita is a trademark of its owner; we only name it to describe the switch.
