Can I transfer my data from Treatwell to Mapresto?
Yes, if you can export it as CSV or Excel. The Concierge recognises clients, services, appointments and team, and you check everything before importing. What can be exported is up to the respective provider.
Does Mapresto charge a commission per booking?
No. You pay a fixed monthly plan from CHF 12.90, no matter how many appointments are booked.
How do new clients find me without a marketplace?
Through your booking link on Instagram, Google and your website, through recommendations and WhatsApp. Mapresto is deliberately not a marketplace: no other studios appear on your booking page.
Where is my data stored with Mapresto?
Studio and client data are stored on servers in Switzerland. Mapresto is developed and operated in Switzerland.
Is Mapresto part of Treatwell?
No. Mapresto is an independent Swiss studio software and is not affiliated with Treatwell. Treatwell is a trademark of its owner; we only name it to describe the switch.
