How much does online booking cost?
Online booking is included in all plans, already in Single Studio for CHF 12.90 per month. You can try Mapresto free for 30 days.
Do I need my own website?
No. With your personal booking link, clients book via Instagram, Google, Facebook or WhatsApp. If you have a website, you can embed booking there from Single Studio Plus.
How do I add the booking link to my Google profile?
In your Google Business Profile you can add a link for appointment bookings. Enter your Mapresto booking link there – people who find you on Google then book directly with you.
Do my clients have to register?
The first time, your client enters her name and contact details and confirms with a code by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp. She does not need a password.
Can clients choose a specific team member?
Yes, with Teams Pro. Each team member has her own working hours, and your clients book directly with the person of their choice.
Can I ask for a deposit or prepayment?
From Single Studio Plus you send a payment link for prepayment or a deposit through the payment portal. Clients pay by card or TWINT via Stripe.
Can a client reschedule her appointment herself?
Yes. In the client area she reschedules or cancels her appointment herself, and the freed-up time can be booked online again straight away. You set your cancellation deadline in your terms.
Does Mapresto sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
There is no ongoing synchronisation. When you switch, you import existing appointments from Google Calendar, and your clients can add their appointment to their own calendar from the client area.
