Can I transfer my data from Calendall to Mapresto?
Yes, if you can export it as CSV or Excel. The Concierge recognises clients, services, appointments and team, and you check everything before importing. What can be exported is up to the respective provider.
Can I accept TWINT with Mapresto?
Yes, from Single Studio Plus. The till shows a QR code; the client opens it with her phone camera and pays via Stripe with TWINT or card. No extra device needed.
Does Mapresto have stock management?
Yes. You sell products with stock at the till, stock is reduced with each sale, and you record goods received in the stock module.
What does the Concierge do?
It answers your clients' appointment questions on WhatsApp, helps you in the studio by voice or text and records treatment notes. It only makes changes after confirmation.
Where is my data stored with Mapresto?
Studio and client data are stored on servers in Switzerland. Mapresto is developed and operated in Switzerland.
Is Mapresto part of Calendall?
No. Mapresto is an independent Swiss studio software and is not affiliated with Calendall. Calendall is a trademark of its owner; we only name it to describe the switch.
