With an annual subscription, you pay annually and receive monthly top-ups. With a monthly subscription, both balances are topped up each month. One-time purchases top up both balances once. Purchased package points do not expire.

In your account, you can purchase a package once, or subscribe monthly or annually. You can change or cancel an ongoing points subscription at the end of the paid term. The date and new price will be displayed before confirmation. Purchased points will be retained.

The WhatsApp concierge answers questions about the next appointment and sends your booking link on request. It only reschedules or cancels if you allow it below – after confirmation by your client and only outside your cancellation period. It forwards product inquiries and other requests to your studio. You'll receive a push notification when something has been resolved or when you need to make a decision or take over.
